ISA is establishing a STAR-Centre at the College of Science and Technology, Royal University of Bhutan (RUB)

ISA is establishing a STAR-Centre at the College of Science and Technology, Royal University of Bhutan (RUB). This Centre aims to create an effective and sustained ecosystem for solar deployment with skilled workforce and conditions; testing; and appropriate administrative processes. The Centre at the College of Science and Technology is being established with financial support from the Government of the United States of America. The STAR Centre Programme in Bhutan is also developing an improved quality and certification framework, and aims to offer certified quality solar curricula and training.
